Ongoing Facilitator Training - September 2020

September Topic: Q&A with Rebecca Huntley, led by Katerina Gaita

Rebecca Huntley is one of Australia's most experienced social researchers and former director of The Mind and Mood Report, the longest running measure of the nation's attitudes and trends. She holds degrees in law and film studies and a PhD in gender studies, and is a mum to three young children. It was realising she is part of the problem older generation that caused her change of heart and to dedicate herself to researching our attitudes to climate change.

Her recently released book: How to talk about Climate Change In a Way That Makes a Difference is her 6th book. Touted as a guide to understanding ourselves and each other as we face the climate crisis, Rebecca has used her years of research in social attitudes and human behaviour to help readers learn to talk to others about this crisis effectively.

Hosted by Katerina, we will be joined by members of the Climate for Change Giving Circle - a community of key financial supporters of our work. We highly recommend you read Rebecca's book before the session.

If you have a question you wish to ask on the night, please log it using this google form.
