November Topic: Segmentation Workshop with Rebecca Huntley

This will be the final Ongoing Facilitator Training (OFT) for 2020. We’re really pleased to have Rebecca Huntley back again to talk through the latest social research and segmentation. Specifically, we’ll unpack the seven Australias, and how we can adapt our Conversations and calls-to-action in order to best meet them where they are and overcome their barriers to action.
