Through deep peer-to-peer conversations, we engage and activate audiences that other organisations find hard to reach, connecting them with a community of people who are taking action – creating the groundswell of support we need to compel our leaders and businesses to take action.
Our employee engagement tools, detailed below, are designed to maximise impact for businesses, organisations or councils. These fee-for-service offerings can be mixed and matched to suit individual needs, however we recommend using all three in conjunction to achieve deepest engagement.

Effective Conversations Workshops
An expert-run workshop to up-skill executives, managers and staff in best practice climate communication.
Designed for client-facing staff, the workshop will ensure that participants are well equipped to effectively communicate purpose in a range of settings, from formal presentations to informal conversations.
The full-day workshop will ensure participants:
- become effective communicators about climate change
- learn how to tailor their message for different audiences
- master their story of self
- practice having effective conversations with clients and members*
*An optional add-on will give participants the opportunity to practice climate conversations in a 'real play' session with professional actors
Climate Conversations
Host a Climate Conversation for your staff or customers, professionally facilitated by Climate for Change.
This could serve as a standalone tool for raising awareness and engagement, or as an opportunity to experience the model before beginning our Climate Leader Training. Read about the impact of our Climate Conversations Program in our Impact Report.
Climate Leader Training Partnerships
We work with you to build climate leaders within your organisation and community. Stepping into positions of leadership on climate in your workplace could include initiating projects, or training to become facilitators in order to engage clients, staff and community members in climate action.
We'll develop a Climate Leader training to support your staff to continue to engage on climate change within the organisation and with clients. This could include:
- Tailoring our Climate Conversation script to reflect your strategic priorities regarding climate action and desired conversation outcomes
- Further training Climate Leaders in climate communication
- Training Climate Leaders to become Conversation facilitators
- Providing ongoing support to leaders, including regular communications and monthly up-skilling events
