Climate for Change is powered by volunteers, and as we grow we will need more people to call upon to lend a hand. This can involve both small and large commitments, from one-off working bees through to managing whole projects over six months or more.

We have roles front of house (hosting, facilitating, movie nights, fun runs, festival stalls) and back of house (data entry, newsletter research, web development).

We support our volunteers with training opportunities, connections to mentors and useful networks within the climate movement. We also provide opportunities to meet and connect with like-minded people, to inspire and support you!
