Learning, connection, action!

RSVP for our Online Climate Action Club - Tuesday 23rd June 7.30-9pm (AEST)

The June session will focus on the impact of climate change on our oceans, and we will be joined by Climate for Change volunteer Kim, who is also the Policy and Impact Lead at Divers for Climate. Kim will talk about the work Divers for Climate has been doing over the past 12 months, particularly on the algal bloom in South Australia.

Writing to your elected representative is one of the most effective things you can do to make your voice heard, and to put pressure on governments to take action on climate change. This session will support you to do just that!

Then, we will use one of our ocean-related climate briefings to take action together!

Make sure you RSVP below for the Zoom link!

We'll support you to put effective pressure on our Federal and State MPs by writing emails and planning calls and visits to them. If you're new to this activity there'll be plenty of help and all the resources you need to take effective action. Whether you're a newbie, or have joined us before, everyone is welcome!

You'll need your laptop or tablet. We'll have templates, materials, and ideas to make it easy to write emails to MPs that make a difference.

We'll send you the Zoom link when you RSVP below.

Newcomers welcome! What are you waiting for? :) Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, engage, and make a difference. Together, we can work towards a more transparent and fair democracy that prioritises the health of people and our planet.
