Note: Are you seeing someone else’s Profile Page after clicking 'Process another attendee'?
We have (so far) been unsuccessful in resolving this problem, however, when you are able to sign in to the Facilitator Portal, check your profile ID number in your Transaction Reference (it should be a 4 or 5 digit number, i.e. ConvXX####)
- Make a note of this number
- Next time the problem happens, do not click 'Process another attendee'. Instead, navigate to
*your unique 4-5 digit number.
