How to engage your MP for the climate

In this 1-hour crash course, you’ll build the confidence and skills to exercise your democratic right to engage your MP and let them know what matters to you!

Through a series of engaging activities, real-life examples, and guided practice in small breakout groups, you’ll learn:

  • How our parliament works, and why democratic action is key for climate action

  • Top tips for effective MP Engagement on climate change

  • Create your own template email that you can use on a variety of climate issues to make MP engagement easier in the future

This is a supportive, energising space for you to feel more confident, connect with others, and walk away feeling empowered to make an impact.

Whether you’re new to MP Engagement or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop will meet you where you're at and help you take the next step.
