Climate for Change is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 25th May at 11:00AM AEDT. This event will be online via Zoom. Please RSVP below to receive the event details, including Zoom link.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect new Board members to Climate for Change. This is due to the resignation of 8 current Board members. Under C4C rules up to 9 new Board members can be elected. 

Several members of the C4C community have already expressed an interest in joining the Board. If you would like to put your name forward as a prospective Board member, please submit the nomination form and return it to [email protected] before 6pm AEDT on Tuesday 16 May. Information on all nominees will be sent out on 18 May. If more nominations are received than vacancies we will hold a ballot at the meeting. 

Financial members of Climate for Change are eligible to vote at the special meeting. If you would like to vote, but cannot attend, you will be able to vote by proxy. A proxy form will be sent out a week before the meeting.
