Our biggest crowdfunding campaign ever - all thanks to our community!

Our 2020 crowdfunding campaign has come to an end and we are overwhelmed with gratitude… we raised $300,000!

After a five week campaign, on Friday 6 November when the clock ticked over to 5pm we had raised an incredible $280,000, smashing our original goal of $190,000. As donations continued to trickle in over the weekend, we reached $300,000.

We are overwhelmed with pride and gratitude - this campaign exceeded all of our expectations.

Thank you so much to everyone who made this campaign what it was: our volunteers, supporters and, of course, our generous donors. We truly would not have been able to achieve this success without your generosity and support, and for that we are so very grateful.

These funds will have an immense impact on our ability to implement an ambitious new goal for our Climate Conversations Program: to engage 40,000 people through these conversations in the next three years.

$300,000 means we can more quickly and effectively begin to deliver our strategy to reach this goal than we previously thought possible. Come January 2021, we will be able to hit the ground running and recruit new volunteer facilitators on a scale we’ve never managed before.

More facilitators means more Climate Conversations, which means more people becoming empowered and committing to act on climate.

We're so excited to be able to take advantage of this opportunity to really build momentum around climate action over the coming year!
