Climate for Change's 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 20th November at 11:00AM AEDT. This event will be hybrid - in person at T.O.M.S and online via Zoom. Please RSVP below to receive the event details, including Zoom link.

We will be celebrating this past year’s achievements and updating you on our plans for the year ahead. It is a great opportunity to meet other people involved with the Climate for Change community, including our staff, board and many of our core volunteers. 

Items on the agenda will be:

1) Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

2) Receive and consider:

• The annual report on the activities of Climate for Change Inc in the financial year 2021-22; and
• The financial statements of Climate for Change Inc for the financial year 2021-22.

3) Elect members to positions vacant on the Board

Notice of Positions Vacant

We will also be electing new board members. There are three board positions vacant this year. Nominations to those positions are now open and interviews are currently under way. Nominations must be made in writing using this form, signed by two paid members of Climate for Change and the nominee, and returned to Annie at [email protected] before 5PM AEDT on Wednesday 9 November.

If you are a member but cannot attend and would like to vote via proxy, please fill out a proxy form and email it back to [email protected] before 5PM AEDT on Monday 14 November.
