Maggie is a translator and painter and mum of 2 teenagers. She's always had a love of our natural world, clean air and healthy environment. When her children were just babies, she took them on climate rallies in Melbourne and hoped this massive global problem would be resolved on a massive global scale. A decade or so later, still no solutions, and she realised we all have a role in making the changes we need, regardless of our expertise, employment or power. Having attended a friend’s hosting of a C4C conversation and read Drawdown, she felt really positive about joining a group that had a sound philosophy, and a role she felt capable of filling as a volunteer facilitator.
