Online (zoom)Challenge for Climate: Storytelling & Digital Tools Workshop
Storytelling & Digital Tools Workshop: Craft Your Climate Challenge
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll not only learn storytelling strategies but actually create content for your challenge with guidance and real-time feedback!
This interactive session combines practical training with a collaborative working bee, where you'll apply what you've learned with immediate support from our Communications and Fundraising Sub-Board Committee volunteers and previous Challengers!
What you'll experience:
- Learn how to craft your authentic climate story that resonates with your community
- Discover platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Plan your 10-day content calendar with strategic touchpoints
- Transform our templates into personalised content that reflects your voice
Working Bee Segment: The second half of our workshop will be a collaborative space where you can:
- Draft your first posts with guidance
- Get immediate feedback on your content ideas
- Engage with other challengers' content (let's rig the algorithm)
- Ask specific questions about your social media strategy
- Leave with actual content or plan ready to use and implement
Note: While the first portion will be recorded, we highly recommend attending live to participate in the working bee segment. If successful, we may offer additional working bee sessions before the challenge begins.
Can't make it live? Register anyway to receive the recording of the training portion and stay updated about future working bee opportunities.
This workshop is part of our Challenge for Climate preparation series, designed to equip you with the tools and confidence to create maximum impact during your 10-day challenge.
